I haven't felt like "myself" for a few weeks now. Finally went to the Dr today, extremely high Blood Pressure. Left with meds for that and appointment at the Cardiologist. to be continued....

I read that first sentence 5 time and kept wondering what the hell you were trying to tell us.......get the blood pressure checked out ....

Don't mess around...lose weight if you need to, get some exercise....whatever it takes...
