Good eye...I've yet to find any other indication that bulkhead is bad though...JUMPIN' up & down on it indicates no movement or weakness...it looks like to me there is a separate liner under the cuddy, so I'm not gonna dig into it unless when I get it on the water it's a problem...but thanks for the heads up...you old coot...I didn't think you could see that good...:head:

I have cracks just like that on mine....except mine are a matching pair right and left, inside and out.....previous owner told me it happened when somebody broke into his cuddy years ago and kicked in his door. I ground them out a little , filled them with epoxy resin and then had a new ss threshold made up that extended out to cover the cracks on the outsides.....I'll post a pic later...let me know if you want to do the same...i bet the dimensions are identical i could bend one up and send it down to you. I think it does look a little like a patch of sorts but it definitely looks better than what it would have turned out like if i tried to hide it with gelcoat or paint.

Thats nothing, you should see how far away I can spot a nice pair of legs!

That is a common problem on the V's. That is the top of the main bulkhead on a V, it is also due, to the way it is laid out a spot where water just sits when it gets wet. Wait till you pull the teak to give it a LumberSlinger job and seal the screw holes and the screw holes under the metal flashing before you inject epoxy into the crack and fair it out.
You do want to do more than just fair it out, that will eventually start on both sides once you get her up and running on the water and it will get worse and it will spread along the floor / wall junction.
