Grillin' up salmon (I stand corrected...it was TUNA!!) til that ran out...then Garage delivered about the only edible fish caught all weekend...FRESH FLOUNDER FILET!!...I had some myself on a toasted bun...YUMMY!!...:clap:

hey those were freshly cought tuna steaks that I cut into tuna burgers. after they were gone I switched to Bubba Burgers. And Lee's fluke of course.

I stand CORRECTED!!...as I was typin' salmon into that post, I knew it was wrong...TUNA!!...now I remember Mr Krinkle wading around chompin' onna piece of SEARED TUNA and me wonderin' WHERE in the hell out here on Tice's Shoal did Lee come up w/a chunk of SEARED TUNA??...:head:

Believe me when I say, Wish I was there.. Capt Pete, I haven't ventured too far from brats. Simple little self contained tubes of goodness.(Even if they are lips and a-holes) Only other thing I tried was kabobs. Worked great, just a lot of prep. Definitely looking good on Tices.
Nothing like chillin on the water and grillin' for some friends. :sun:
WE NEED TO HAVE A GRILL OFF TO PUT REEL'S THEORY TO SOME ACADEMIC REVIEW. I'll keep practicing and try to hone my skill on something else. :beer:

You do just fine with the Brauts my friend, that day in the river in Charleston was picture perfect.
