I saw that ad a while ago but it was $3000 for only the good motor. I was thinking about putting it on my V20 but i am a little worried about that much weight on the old boat and the length of the shaft. If i put it on a jack plate it might give it to much "leverage". The transom is still solid. :head:

Was that puff of smoke upon startup seen in the video normal?

I've never seen one do that before......but havent been around many 225 Merc/Mariners.
