I'm going deep sea fishing out of Pirates Cove (OBX) on the Hog Wild next Sunday (29th) I told the Captn we would like to target tuna and dolphin.
Hope for good weather and hopefully biting fish.

Whats the word on them stopping dredging the inlet?

They brought in a 2nd dredge and dredged it to a depth of 16ft (I think that's right). That will let commercial fishing trawlers go in and out.

They are using 1 dredge to try to keep it cleared and were unsure if it filled in that they would bring the 2nd dedge back in.

That's what happened before, 1 dredge couldn't make any head way so brought the 2nd in. Federal govt provided money for the both dredges.

Willy: yes we're hoping for yellow fin but can still run into a bluefin.
