Heres the starbrite teak product I use ... I uasually get a full season out of it till it starts looking a little weathered.

ps the foot /legs feeling better I still cant walk without crutches , but hopefully I will be allowed to start a little weight bearing next week.

Thanks Lumber, Sounds like your foot/legs are getting better. If it wasn't because the wood is teak I"d paint them so I wouldn't have to do this each year.
