85 Johnson 150 low power

We took the V20 out Sunday for a short fishing trip and i noticed a problem. The motor was not reving up all the way. My tach is not working but i know it revs up more than what it was. When we got home i put the control all the way down to full throttle and took the cover off, the carbs were only 1/2 to 3/4 open. Is this a problem with the controls? Also it is hard to get it in reverse. I had to put it in forward then pull back to get it in reverse. ALso where can i get another tach? ANd i have a Garmin 178C and my cable pulled out of the antenna, where can i get a new antenna?

Sounds like control cable problems...I wish I could tell you how to adjust 'em, but Spare, Ferm or Skools will have to do that...

I THINK I've still got the tach that came outta my 21...I'll have to look and see...problem is, I don't know if it works or not and although I wouldn't charge you for the tach, you'd have to pay for shipping in order to find out...doesn't seem worthwhile to me, but if you wanna try it, I'll send her on down to ya!!...
