weather is turning warm, time to get the river boat up & running. i am in need of this trim unit off of a 40. i have found some on ebay/amazon, but they are in the $400-$600 range, anybody seen or have any better deals,

good luck with that, I need three of them. Retails for about $1000 new. What wrong with yours?

not sure, the motor was sitting for about 3 years and the trim was froze. the motor would energize both directions, but the ram would not move. opened the bleed screw and the motor & ram would go up & down, just not own its on. closed the bleed screw and pushed on the foot while pump was in the down mode and the resevoir housing cracked. i can find the motors w resevoir for $150-$200, but not really sure if that would fix it..
any ideas?
