need help with pictures

I have a bunch of pictures in PHOTOBUCKET AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TRANSFER THEM TO THIS FORUM. THEY ARE SET TO GO WITH CAPTIONS ETC. THEY ARE ALL "BEFORE"PICTURES.

I AM SURE IT IS NOT THAT HARD, BUT I HAVE TROUBLE SPELLING "GEAK"

Thanks Cam I will print and follow the steps. the pictures are already on photobucket.
