ICL Buys Division of Scotts Miracle-Gro
Scotts Miracle-Gro Co. has announced it will sell its global professional business to Israeli Chemicals Ltd. for $270 million in cash. The move will help Scotts pay down debt and focus on its consumer products. ICL already makes products such as fertilizers, and with Scotts' professional unit, it can sell both company's lawn care products to a list of customers that include professional nurseries, golf courses, sports fields, public parks and greenhouses.

Israeli Chemicals provides Venze President Chavis with products to refine his oil and provides money to him, which has no stipulation on where or how it is spent. Some this money finds it's way into ANTI American politics, money going to countries waging war with the USA, ie muslims countries.

I read about this late last year, I contacted the chemical company I buy these products from and they told me they had been notified to have all products and shipping containers reflect the change scheduled to happen in September but that was delayed until this January.

I told them I could no longer do business with them based upon them getting in bed with IC.

I have taken my business to another supplier.

They have sent me letters and called asking me to buy their products again but I flatly refuse. I cannot do business with a company like them.

How much in US foreign aid did Israel receive this year?

Don't know how much forign aid money we paid to Israel but Israel gave Chavis in excess of 400 million, last report I read.

Either way they give their or our money to Chavis , to me this is unacceptable to do business with any company or country that supplies foreign aid to any country that is against us.

Try $3.175 BILLION for 2010.

That does not make any sense because the two do not get along.
