Chris...go to an auto-salvage yard...many of those guys have set up a network of other yards they can pull from...also, I bet there's a forum much like this one, but centered around the Dodge Ram trucks...I know there's one for Ford F150s...

Now about the cheap part of your request...that remains to be seen...:hi:

go on line and find some of the fancy truck/van conversion companies. IE: Southern Coach, Choo CHoo Customs, etc. They often take out stock seats and replace them with their high end leather seats. I bought a brand new cloth seat for my truck at the CHarlotte Auto Fair back in 95 for $200, it was a take out that some one was peddling at the show.
