Re: Texas tea and a sweat V
Good EYE M.J. ;D
That guy has a bunch of metal crap bolted on the transom. :-[ |
Re: Texas tea and a sweat V
You see, I learn so much reading the posts. I was thinking, "wow thats a nice boat". I didnt think to look for metal on the transom. Obviously a sign that the transom could need work.
Thanks to all of you wise people. |
Re: Texas tea and a sweat V
You will learn Denilson! ;)
You will find that there will be lots of boats out there tht need new transoms!! Not the end of the world, but you want to pay a price that has this covered! Transoms have been done here serveal ways, Skools I guess is the best we have in that department having done a few. There have been total strip down and redo, there has been at least one that used Seacast, He hasn't been around forever, I wish he was I like to know how it worked out for the long run? There have been people using core material. Then there are people like me that have converted from I/O or Seadrive and had to fix just small holes. Keep watching , asking, use the search read, we will have you answering questions for others before you know it! ;) |
