a few questions
 

hi guys im new to the forum and im looking into buying a 1970's v-17 fisherman or a 1975 aquasport 170. i have done my research on the aquasport but i cant find alot of info on the v-17. i just have a few questions. i was wondering what common problems there are with these boats. like how well are the stringer floors and transom built. how do they ride in choppy seas. any help will be greatly appreciated.

No personal experience. We do have one member; Blu_Lunch that just picked one up recently and is in the process of rebuilding it. He has a bunch of posts on the rebuild on iboats.com by the same user name.
