Gotta be more I'm thinking. Been looking at new GMC Sierras.. base trucks are in the $41k range... and that's a 1500 series. Buying a new Canyon next week.. I'll ask the dealer what the 6.6 goes for while I'm there.

GM says that the 2011's will use the same pricing as the 2010's, but that's still 50K+ for a 2WD crew cab dually equipped nicely. I would have a 2006/2007 classic with the LBZ. 365HP 650 foot pounds of torque, and only has a cat converter and EGR for emissions both of which are easily bypassed. 2007+ new body style have ALOT more emissions equipment, and the 2011 will use UREA(refined urine with deionized water basically) for the emissions control with a DPF and 2 cat converters IIRC.
