Ho'in myself for a V-20

Ok... I lost out to Kevin on Old School. I'm over that now. (A visit with my Uncle Jack helped ease the pain)

I found this one in CA. I've got an email out to the guy but this is all I have for now. Watcha think?

Not bad, but the hardtop is to square looking and has no front cross supports. Looks like he mounted the dining room table as the hardtop. What year is it ?

Did Willy actually sell her? Wow! that's newsworthy. I knew he was thinking about it, but it sounds like he actually went through with it.

I suppose Willy's getting used to the idea of having Franco be his chauffeur on the water. Pretty nice gig he's got going on there. ;)

Never mind, I read all about it in the Off Topic section.

Re: Ho'in myself for a V-20Looks like a late 80's?

That hard top need to go,
whats going on with the seats on the pass side??
I hate I/O's
but I like the rear hand rail!
what year is it?

Looks like a late 80's?? $7500 is not bad but its not good either, for that price it better be perfect when you get there!

If it checks out offer him $5500 cash. I wouldn't pay over $6500 unless it's flawless and exactly what you want. Every time I bought a boat on impulse I found something either way better, or cheaper within a month or two. Just my 2 cents.

That handrail on the stern is cool. ;D
Dont see them around much. Must have been an extra.

MJ, I agree about I/Os. I think I was on the rebound after the Old School experience and my judgement was clouded. I'm sure the JD was in NO way to blame.

Now I've got a guy going to survey an '81 in Texas but he can't get there until next week. I'll post that boat as a new topic.
