dont recall anyone recently parting out there boat and selling the orginals but they do come up every once in a while but you might have to wait quite a while....if you search around on ebay and flounder pounder for inserts at least the same length and height or larger you can easily cut out the fiberglass to accomodate the larger size....a few guys have done it recently....NYMACK put in some nice ones and Skools I believe found some super cheap.

Welcome to the site by the way....

welcome to the site, you just made one of the newbee request, rod box's, do a search on here, theres a lot of differnt ways to do them. Next question will be about the seat box's, then ideal power, etc:you: just kidding with you. I asked the same question when I first got on this site

Thanks ALL!!

Thanks for the info on SSI and FP. When I get the winter cover off I'll measure things again and get it done. I've been daydreaming about fixing those boxes for 10 years.... Great Site!!!
