1994 evinrude 60?
 

What do you guys know about a 1994 60hp evinrude? It's had a lot of updates and a new power tilt trim unit. Guys scrapped for money and will take 1000 bucks for it... Thanks for any info you can provide.

I don't know much about 1994 specifically but if you don't take it Randlemanboater's boss might! The price is right!

Seriously I've owned a 1975 evinrde 70hp and 1986 Johnson 60hp - really the same motor - and I have nothing but good things to say. Simple and reliable and easy on fuel.

Right now the only johnnyrude I have is a 1975 9.9 hp and it takes a lickin and keeps on kickin.

those are real good motors, they do need an update on the cooling system, the hose for the pee hole should comee out of the top of the block instead of the side of the exhaust plate(it may have allready been done). Perfect motor for a 14 Mckee
