Hitch Ball

I had a hitch ball on my old truck that had a locking clamp at the top which locked the trailer onto the hitch ball. In addition to the lock that the trailer brings.

I'm sure others have seen it.

What is this called and where can I get another? Having trouble finding it online.

Sweet! Pintle Hook Combination.

I had it before and it seems to have an extra level safety.
