Well was gonna use the flywheeel extractor to lift the motor, but when I went to the part store to get the bolts for the motor the guy had the correct Mercury lift piece that screws onto the flywheel center.

Got the bunks on the trailer finally, boat on the trailer, redistributed weight to get appropriate tongue weight and mounted motor. Great day!

I take it you bought this through somebody at a dealer you know? I know up here they went sell you a new engine unless they mount it at the dealer. Good lookin engine by the way, I bet you'll smile at the fuel pump. Every forum I go to all I hear about the 150 OPTI is it's amazing fuel economy and bottom end grunt it packs.

Looks GOOOD!
When you finish and get all the setups correct, performance numbers are expected!

A few weeks away from numbers but they will come.

I can install but the dealer needs to do a PDI.

Wow, it is really looking great. I am not sure of this, and I hope others weigh in, but I do not think the way you did the bunks is good for your hull. I think you need to have the hull sitting on the wider portion of the 2x6 bunks. I have only seen pretty small boats sitting on bunks oriented vertically like yours are. Just looks like too much weight sitting on a 1 1'2" wide bunk. My trailer is set up much like yours, but with swivels on the top of the metal posts which hold the bunk, so the bunk can sit on an angle to match the hull.
