Seats for sale

Anyone looking for a replacement helm seat? A local marina here has a couple for sale, no cushion or pedastal, just the seat for $45.00 ea. Like the one below

The seat in the picture is from my boat and the cushion is original from Wellcraft. Here's a picture from the '89 catalouge
