Sarasota V-20 for sale
 

Hey guys, figured I'd post her here too... I'm selling my 1976 V for financial reasons (need more toys).

She has a 2001 yamaha vmax OX66 150HP in excellent condition, low retail on the motor is around $5100. The motor has received a fresh water washdown after each use and she sits on a trailer, bow up in the driveway.

I'm selling her for $5,000. I'm the 3rd owner and she's in pretty good shape for a 31 year old lady.

Hull and transom are sound, motor runs like a top.
Comes with dual axle trailer, cover and a newer bimini top. She has a full windshield and front hatch sliding cover (small crack in that).

There are soft spots on the deck and bow though my 200lbs hasn't gone through yet. I haven't had one issue with this boat to date, I've had her about a year now with barely a weekend without use. We keep her in the intra coastal with a few trips a couple hundred yards into the gulf.

I have a few people coming to check her out next week, figured I'd post it up here for review.

I know the price is a bit steep for the boat, but it's the motor I'm really selling.

Good luck w/ the sale...I'm in much the same position if I decided to sell ... price would be for motor; hull & trailer thrown in free ... looks like you've kept 'er up well ... somebody oughtta look into this one ;) ...

Thanks, I've gotten quite a few calls from local V20 fans... it's definitely true there are a lot of us in Sarasota. Funny thing is that Wellcraft won't let us tour the facilities unless we're buying new boats. Go figure.

If anyone's interested in her, let me know... I can take more pics if requested and try to answer any questions as best possible.
