I've used a hand bender like this to straighten out some unwanted bends in pipes before.....

Find a local pipe shop, most have a pipe bender an as long as you have a template of what you want they will bend it. I had some bent last year and I think they only charged around $20.

Find a friend who is an electrician he will know how to bend it for you.

You could also try a muffler shop. They may have a dye that will support that small of a pipe to bend it.

I had a buddy that had it done at the muffler shop as stated above.

A friend of mine use to work for a boatbuilder and told me they packed the tube with sand and gently bent the tube. He said it kept it from kinking in the bend. Iv never tried it though!

Mike, you can get stainless steel tubing at the scrap yard on AK Road down by Killmyers. They also weld stainless there too. One of the owners was a boat owner also. I spoke with him the last time I was there. He helped me fashion up a stern tube for my last boat....saved me about $300.00. If you are not sure where it is, just ask Kenny down at Bentley.
