water motel

I LIKE IT! I actually started to build one of them just like it for myself. Would make a KILLER river ride.

DANG!!...I like that...love the way he put the overhang out over the motor..I'd have to cut a nice (nice meaning it would be big enough to accomodate my fat-@$$) access door to the "engine deck", but that'd make a nice winter time striper/crappie catcher...and in summer you could put a generator and AC unit on the roof...long as ya didn't have to travel too far...don't look just REEL speedy...
|
Put it on a trailer and you've got an amphibious RV. YEEEEE HAAAWWWWW!
|
The Mcdonalds slogan is appropriate here:
"I'm Lovin It" :you: |
Thats COOL!!!!!
Looks like they did a pretty good job on it, I agree w/ REEL, a door to the "engine room" would be nice, I guess thats what the 2x4's on the sides are for.....walking the plank to the back of the boat....ship.....water lodge....whatever you would call it. |
Question: What would our wives say if we came up the driveway with one of these in tow?? That is the question. I think either Mrs. Blue would love it or she'd smack me over the head with a frying pan. One of those.

Looks like the "houseboats" I used to see as a kid (some 40 years ago) on the inland lakes around here. Many of them did not even have pontoons, but rather, had a bunch of 55 gallon drums lashed together, with a platform on top and many with a camper or small travel trailer.
|
I don't know that I'd sleep too well on top of a bunch of 55 gal drums. Seems a little risky, ya think?
