Check it out... Tell me this isn't a waste of money, gas, and weight. God for braggin' rights I guess. Probably would get the same speed with a couple small diesels tuned up. 39' midnight express http://www.floridasportsman.com/xtra...s_38TE-037.JPG |

That was the 39 MIDNIGHT EXPRESS at the MIAMI boat show. That hull needs that much HP, and with everybody out there on the outboard craze they built it. 2 high performance diesels would have been a much better match, but some people only want outboards now. |

That is nothing less than a status symbol! MSRP $28,813 X 5!!!!! |

theres the infamous 350 verado again, been seen in pictures and online, no one actually having the chance to run one, kinda like a sasquach sighting. the performance numbers mirror the 300 verado, stickers are cheaper than production. It took Mercruiser 4 years after the introduction of the Zeus system for one to actually be sold as a production boat owned by a regualr customer. Based on Mercury's own information, the 350 verado is making more than 2 hp per cu inch, can you say " grenade"? As far as outboards on a boat that size, I'd rather have IPS like SeeVee is offering on their 42 |
