Good Place To Buy Trim Motor
Well this past weekend I started cleaning up the V to sell her (I'll post it here too). I knew the trim motor had a little rust but when I gave it a better inspection the back of the motor was in really bad shape and I'm surprised that it even worked at all. So I'm looking for a tilt and trim motor for a 1994 Johnson 150. The one I have works but I don't like selling something in that kind of shape.

It's most likely a FASTRAK pump arrangement on that one. Those pumps are a bit pricey unfortunately. Average price is around $200 for one(aftermarket or OEM), and I doubt you'll get a penny more for it so long as the one you have now is working. Post up a pic of it to make sure which one you have.
This one is about the cheapest you will find. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/New-T...QQcmdZViewItem And here's another aftermarket. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Johns...QQcmdZViewItem I have a brand new one in the shop that was a $200 ARCO I could sell for $150 if you wanted. |
Thanks for the info. My dad might buy my boat and if he decides he wants it I'll buy yours. If he does not want the boat I'm going with the cheapest price I can find.

Besides that, I have a different boat in mind now. The V's big brother, designed off of the V-20 only bigger. http://miami.craigslist.org/brw/boa/1055379781.html |
