more leaks

My 76 V20 is leaking more than just the drain hole; it seems to take more in during cruising in rough water - could it be coming in around the aluminum rub rail????? Any other ideas? Thanks Gary

I've heard that the seam between the cap and the hull under the rub rail is THE most common source of leaks. Would make sense too if you get more riding in rough water. Sounds like its time for new caulk

Check around the Winch Eye doo-hickey thingie, you know where you attach the winch cable. I know I had to tighten and real caulk mine.

Do you have a head?
The thru hulls there (or any other location) could be cracked or leaking.

caulk

What will be the best caulk for this job? The water must be running down under the inner because there is no water running down the INSIDE that i can see

how about bilge outlet?I have 2 but the front one is disconected or if you get water on the front deck it could be getting in by the hatch
