Homemade French Fries
Heat up some grease in a cast iron skillet. While that is heating git you sum taters and cut em up. Cut em how ever you want. I leave the skin on, just wash them real good first. When the grease is ready (nice and hot), throw them there taters in the grease and cook them on both sides til crispy. Lay the finished product on a plate lined with paper towels to drain off some of the grease. Squirt you a big ol pile of ketchup on a plate and eat them fried taters dipped in ketchup. Add hot sauce to your ketchup if you are a real man.
I used to do this all the time. I forgot about it until yesterday. I am going to do it this week. I can't wait! |

Bass, first off I haven't posted a picture in ages. Ever since work blocked photobucket. Second, I haven't used this recipe in probably 2 years because I forgot about it. BUT, if it pans out I am going to cook some up this week. I promise I'll give a good faith effort to post a pic or two.
