James River
Took off from work and landscaping today and carried my grand daughter and grand daughter to be whene my son marries her mom and took my dad also. We went out from the public ramp next to the James River Bridge near Newport news shipyard and wne out after the big croackers.
We killed them. We caught a lot of fish and some were huge, but most were normal size but we caught fish the whole time we were there. The V20 performed great. I have pics but it's late and I'll post later. ps there is a pic I took I dont know how clear but it has a helicopter with a man sitting on the landing rails installing/working on the big colored balls that stretch across the river. the copter carries him up there and he installs the balls from the landing rails. |

Re: James River
AIR: the b 60-20 ducer works great, no loss at any speed. The furuno depth/fish finder is not built to work in less than 15ft, but mine will work until I'm in less than 3 ft of water.
Cfelton: I got mine at a Walmart in VA, they give you a license and then VA sends you the sticker for the boat in about 4 days. Sean: I'll post the pics soon |
Re: James River
