What the h*ll is a Johnson Venom???? Looks like a good deal if the boat is in decent shape. No trailer though.

Bass Boat motor, like they used to have the GT's and XP's, while Merc had XR's. Usually ment a 20" shaft, with underated stickers on the cowl.

Definately a GW, we have the same model here in the neighborhood with a bracket and 225.

There is no way that boat is an 83' must be a 70 something. I think that model was the "Marlin" but I know they made a 30 footer later with that model name so I may be wrong.

1978 & down had the lapstrake hulls with a brown stripe at the top of the hull.
