Boat Cover
 

Would like to get a cover for my a 1978 V 20. Have looked at several sites but could not find one for a 78. Will a cover for a later year boat fit? Looking for suggestions as to where I may get a cover. Would appreciate your help.

I always figures with our later boats and locations of snaps and all. That they are are custom made. ???

My restoration project included removing everything from the boat that could be removed except the screws holding the top and hull together. All the snap holes and lots of other holes were filled with an epoxy compound. Don't think I really need a snap down cover. Just a cover to keep her dry inside and the dust out.

Note! Don't like em dry inside, use a lubricant.

even if you were luck y enough for the snaps to line up, or were willing to move/ modify them, the answer to your question is no. 78 and older boats use a different hull cap than 79 and up. different windshields. different beam. etc...

Go to the gallery and look at SKPABLO's gallery. He bought a universal cover that looks good. As soon as I can swing it I'm going to get me one.. Right now there are other priorities on my V.
