Good Economic News I can finally fill the V-20 for less than $200. Saw gas for $3.02 today |

One station here in my town was $2.99, there were cars BACKED UP to get in there. One station in TAMPA made the news today as they dropped there prices to $2.87, this same station after the hurricanes made the news for price gouging after the gulf storms hit. They had so much traffic back-up that they raised there prices back up to slow down business and stop congestion. Don't tell me that the oil companies aint elephant rapeing us.:bat: |

$3.15 here, gas futures say going to get $2.60 to $2.70?? But Opec is having a meeting to cut production to stop the prices from falling. |

Speaking of getting it in the rear, here in NC some places are still charging 3.89, the cheepest I saw yesterday was 3.29. Most are 3.55 - 3.65. I saw in the paper yesterday that we have the highest prices in the lower 48, only Alaska and Hawaii are higher. But it is our fault, as long as people keep buying it at 3.89, why would they lower the price. |
