Gold Starboard

Called my local fleecer, uh, distributor: one sheet of three quarter by 96 by 48 would be 664 plus 150 to ship. :bat: I can buy a load of 3/4 marine A-C plywood and the West epoxy to soak it in for far less than that. Anyone have a line on reality?
Dave, in Connecticut.
P.S. New (old) V is home:sun:, camera is not. Wrist in cast:cen:; pix coming later. I love this site.

No doubt it has gone up.
First off it ain't 96x48.
From what I remember it was 96x54 (gotta look) but it was about $440 with tax here.
Try Jamestown Distributors and see what they charge.

Just looked, on 05/24/07 I paid $376.50 (tax $402.86).
That was a whole sheet, 54x96.

Look around and see if you have some one that sells Seaboard, That is what I used!
It is made in more colors and is for the food industry. It is the exact same thing and UV protected and use to be 1/2 the cost of Starboard!!

I bought and used a full sheet of 3/4 & 3/8 on my V20. At the time I paided $171 for a 96 X 54 sheet of 3/4, and $86 for a sheet of 3/8.

They don't update there site and it still says the old prices but this is were I got mine. I plan on a full sheet this summer for some stuff on the Sea Ox

That's 3 year old prices, But I just called them and for a full 3/4 they now get $320.17 and for 3/8 that I used for the tackle box and gas tank covers it's $151.26

I will be getting a sheet of 3/8 for my projects, it makes great side walls, cutting boards, hatches, cup holders, ect...ect... I don't need anything strong this time around.

Check ebay.

According to my calcs a 96x54x.75 would be $414 plus shipping. Not great but better.
