Sorry Guys, it's been quite a few days!!!
Well, here is a picture of my new Grandson Paul Patrick, or "Paulie" as I call him 'cause i'm Italian!!! 7lbs 9oz and 20" long. His mama is doing great, my sons feet haven't touched ground yet. All settled in at their home and doing fine. http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y67...074_edited.jpg But today my 86 year old dad had a little episode, he lives with us and he has alzheimers, a leaky hart valve and a few other things. Well, he had a TIA, a mini stroke and he is going to be in the hospital a few days. He seems to be doing much better. He is a tough old salt, 30 year Navy veteran, WWII in the Pacific, Colon cancer, survived it all. He even quit drinking and smokingon the same day and never batted an eye. Also the guy who taught me to fish! I'm sure he will be home soon. |
lotta sh!t goin on down there franco.

Congratulations Franco! That little guy is gonna make your whole life change (for the better).
Welcome to the club. My grandson turns 8 y.o. this month. :oh: Yesterday, I was working on the cars, changing the oil, grease, tune-ups, etc. He was right by my side the whole time as always helping out. :hi: Thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery for your Dad. Hope he's back home with you soon. |
Congrats my friend, been waiting for that shot, I don't think your son is the only one with floating feet!!
All the best to your Pop, I will say a little prayer for him. This post, makes me think of what they used to say about, seasons of life. |
