Arches or Hard Tops
I looked thru the gallery and didn't see any pics of the V20 w/ anything other than a bimini top. Has anyone put a top or an arch on one? Thanks

O.K. I haven't been here long enough to take shots at anyone, so I will just say "cute kids" and I hope you hooked whatever ate that Fluke.. blue? CTT, top custom? $? Thanks for the replies.
|
2nd, yeah, custom. original owner had it made at a cost of slightly under $5,000. including full enclosure. sold it about 3 months later. the guy i bought it from had it about 4 months and never put it in the water. bought himself a 24 true world and disappeared.
nope, didnt hook it. baby mako. took a couple bites, jumped once or twice and gone. thanks, they look just like daddy. and feel free to let it fly. no sissys here. (except for a couple sissys). we dont get insulted easy. (except for those who get insulted easy). |
that time of year we get em real close to the beach. several years before, we were just a bit further out and i lost a monster fluke to another little mako, this one a little bigger.
the fluke was probably an eight, ten pounder and this snotty little mako, about 40 - 50 pounds nails it right by the boat while my pop is grabbing the net. i tell him "forget the net". he goes "lose the fish?" i go "well, most of it". we laughed about that one for a while cause that was the summer when we never took home anything smaller than 6 pounds. |

You actually laughed? Now that we do need pictures of. |
All right, I stand corrected and apologize for furthering the rumors.
Also I will admit you are a darn good looking fellow in a serious sort of way  heres to ya CTT |
Not that I have any room to talk, but I didn't realize that you were so........................CHUNKY

i'm not chunky. thats just a very thick shirt. no, thats not true. actually at 5'10" and 245 lbs my weight goes up and down pretty drastically. that was a "fat day". |
A 245 pound tuna, what a catch that would be.
|
I love this thread
