Anti slip paint question...

I definitely MUST do something with the slippery floor. Every time we ride on her, at least one person falls on his butt. I am concerned.
I am considering using textured paint.
I have used Herculiner on my Jeeps, and I love it, but I need Sand Color, which they don`t make. I have looked around and can`t find the right stuff.
Suggestions ?

How Does The Paint Spread??how Much Would You Need For A V20 Steplift Deck??

West Marine has Seagloss Pro Non-Skid paint. One quart should be more than enough. I've used the similar stuff before and just brushed on then used a roller to spread evenly.

Thanks

I can`t find a shop that sells those brands locally. I will try our local West Marine store. Thanks a lot everyone. Will post results.
Thanks to all.

I used Berh garage floor paint from Home Depot with a little non slipp mixed in and it has held up very well. I just hit the floor with a sander and then wiped it down with paint thinner. I only mixed about 3/4 with the anti slip which I used on the flooring. I then painted the inside of the floors storage boxes with the paint without the anti-slip. The only thing you need to be careful of is mixing in too much anti-slip. Add a little at a time and test it on a peice of wood. It does not take very much and if you do as I did the first time it was like sand paper. I then had to sand and do the jod agian. It only cost about $35.00 and if it does chip I had a little extra for a quick touch up.

We discussed that while rolling it.
Best I remember, the type of gun you use to splatter a ceiling with is the same one used with the nozzle turned down.
There is a roller designed for this paint type use but it appears any nappy (headed) roller will do the job.

I wouldnt use any of my good guns but i bet it would go on very nicely and evenly with one of those cheap Harbor freight ones. I am going to do it to my V soon. Anyone know how much to use for a center console?

I used the Home Depot garage floor pain and did my entire floor and storage boxes in the floor using a gallon and had some left over for touch up.
