Re: Dashboard

I did the same as rap, works out great!!

as for the wire, there is no easy way to do it!! Just start with one wire at a time and take your time and you will be fine!

Re: Dashboard

buildin' w/starboard is very similar to usin' wood...hole-saws CAN overheat and melt plastic, so take it easy there...counter-sink all your screw holes and run a 1/4'' round-over router bit around edges after you've sanded them smooth...I extend the router-bit about a sixteenth to give a ''dropped edge'' to it... ;)...have a shop-vac ready when you get thru.... ::)....

Re: Dashboard

Mike - You can buy strips of numbered tape that you can put on the wires and the back of the gauges. You can be drinkin beers all day and still not screw it up. Any electrical supply should have it.

Good luck,

Keith

Re: Dashboard

I PRINTED MINE ON THE COMPUTER AND THAN LAMINATED THE PAPER - CUT IT INTO STRIPS AND USED A HOLE PUNCH AND FED THE WIRES THRU BEFORE I PUT A TERMINAL END ON THE WIRE - LOOK IN MY GALLERY

I just ordered a few things to start my rewire job. I let you know how it goes. Think I should do something with this?
