Be gone for a few days at least, seems like some doctor has decided that I will look much better with two disks taken out of my neck and replaced with titanium. Probably would help with this dang tingling in the arms and hands and unique muscle spasms I'm becoming famous for. Plus I will have something in common with the Grand Puhbah, we will both set off the airport alarms. See you all in a few days ;)

Willy, I'll be thinkin' about ya, Bro...I'm sure you'll come thru it OK, just like the tuff ol' bird you are...Titanium, huh?...the 18" rod I carried in my leg for a year was only SS...you must have a better insurance policy than mine ;) ...

Hey guys, I called Willy's house tonight. He had a successful surgery this morning. I'm sure he is gonna be sore for a few days. I had a similar surgery a few years back and never felt better once it was done. Willy has been in a lot of pain, imagine a cramp running down your nect, tricep, forearm, and hand that lasts for months and months. And this ought to hellp his casting !

Talked to Willy today. He was home on wednesday. They removed 2 discs from his neck, put in a couple of pieces of bone in their place and fastened it all together with some titanium. He was a pretty powerful sore throat and can't find a comfortable position. But he sounds good and he is in good spirits. I'm sure he will make a great recovery!

Well , I'm an inch shorter ::) and can't talk real well yet , which is getting rave reviews from my wife and kids, but at least the pain has subsided a little and wanted to say hi to you all and thanks for the good wishes and prayers. It was very much appreciated ;) Got a few weeks of pain ahead of me but hopefully it will allow me to go about my buisness without pain for the first time in a long time. Old School is looking lonely out there MJ, come on down and use her if you want to. Again thanks all

That would be great Skools, you can skip the he/she quizzes though, too many things today have blurred borders. Thats one I like to keep a line in the sand if you know what I mean. I have several on back file for occassional reference material ;D ;) ;D

I am sore as h@ll, not sleeping at night, can't find that position it don't hurt in, but other than that I'm alive and still handsome so not much to complain about, enjoy your trip and catch a couple for me ;)
