Re: Bumpers I mean Fenders
NO-NO, Mac, I didn't correct you. I would never do that. ;)
It was CB. :-* http://www.wellcraftv20.com/cgi-bin/...6680;start=1#1 I usually don't call them fenders or bumpers. I usually call them "it". Like in - "Where the **** did IT go" ??? |

Re: Bumpers I mean Fenders
LOL...this is an old thread but the real answer is buy any fender that is made by "Taylor Made" they dont adverstise the fact but they come with an unconditional lifetime warranty, if they fail, you get new ones...period! Just take the old ones into any West Marine, does not matter where you bought them and walk out with new ones...good policy

Re: Bumpers I mean Fenders
Thanks Mirage I did not know of that warranty. Bill Mc ;D

Re: Bumpers I mean Fenders
thats about all I have from 5 yrs of doing part time at west marine....lots of useless boat trivia

Re: Bumpers I mean Fenders
Hmmm.........I am going to see if I can get new ones?? Think they will give me colored ones instead of white again?

Re: Bumpers I mean Fenders
I was looking through the West Marine catalog today and it explained how to chose the right fender. If my memory serves me correctly it said for the cylindrical shaped fenders they recommend 1" dia fender for every 5 ft. of boat length and 2" dia for every 5 ft. of boat length for the sperical shaped ones. Hope this helps.
