Right...well I guess...OK, now I got it...those soft, squishy-thingies are used to keep the boat-thingie from gettin' the scratchy-things when it bumps up-agin the dock-thingie when one those a$$hole-thingies plows HIS boat-thingie w/a dinghy-thingie past one a those marina-thingies...whad I leave out?... ???...
