Have you ever seen em deboned so you can stuff em? There is a cajun dood that does it to where its like a big glove, you can even turn it inside out. Talk about some fine stuffed flounda!!!

Well, you can stuff the other way, by taking the thick fillet and making a pocket in it, but i have to say I like the flounder "mit" idea. Will definitely give that a shot if I ever get to fish flounder again :-/
