Baby Steps

I am not an electrician. *I am a Nurse Practitioner. *I can recognize copper wire 2 out of 3 times in adequate lighting. *But, over the past several days I have wired 4 pumps for the V including a 3 way switch for the bilge pump. *All connections soldered, covered with heat shrink tubing and Lexan sealant over the ends of the heat shrink. *

Seriously, I'm just bustin-at-the-seams proud of myself. *I didn't blow anything up and best of all (surprisingly) it all works!!!

The new stereo arrived today... but thats next week's project...

Hey ,why you riding a Harley and can't change the plugs? *;D ;D
Seriously, good going
There's nothing more satisfying than being able to work on your stuff and not having to rely on paying someone to do it. Chances are they know as much as you do or less!

I'm an electronics technician, so wiring is child's play to me. I assure you, you don't want me sewing up a finger, or giving you a shot, or anything else a nurse practitioner may do. Mad props for stepping outside of your comfort zone and gitten er done.
