Bow rails
I am done with the cabin doors, now to finding and installing bow rails. Any suggestions?
I ve got two sets of bow rails that Im not using. Where are you located
I know a guy locally that haunts this place from time to time, and who will remain nameless, that also has a few.
Even told me he had a fetish for them. :oh: |
I'm in Mobile, AL
When I have my boat I removed the rail I never put it back me anchoring the stuff much easier
If I were to do it again I'd leave mine off too, and I like the look of bow rails.
I never have any problem with setting my anchor and the bow rails getting in the way. That's what son's are for. :)

Hey spare I live in nj I'm looking for a bow rail too! The one I have now should be replace I have all new fittings for it
Have fun getting Spare to ship that thing. The couple I gave Tsubaki barely fit in the 8 ft bed of my truck to go to his house, not to mention nearly spearing a few cyclists on Hwy 80.

I have a bow rail off a non-wellcraft 20' boat. It's currently under 12" of snow so I cannot give you any dimensions right now. I'll post a pic as soon as I can locate it if anyone wants it. I'm in NJ.

the two bow rails I have are welded stainless. You can cut the center, making it a two piece rail, then rejoining the rails with a V fitting once you have it on the boat. If anyone wants them, they can have them. Shipping cost would be $$$$$. BTW, Wellcraft used several different styles of rails, there is absolutely no guarantee they will line up with your existing holes
I will check on shipping and let you know. I may have found something local, on night shift this weekend. Maybe they will still have them by Tuesday morning when I get off work.
