anybody intrested in 2000 21ft trophy WA?

This boat is gonna be up forsale in couple days. Its a 2000 trophy walk around 21 footer. 250 or 300 original hours in the entire boat my buddys parents are the original owners. It has been totaled by insurance due to a awning hitting it in a storm. The bow rail is damaged the drive winshield broke and the bimini top is damaged. Other than that this boat is cream puff!!!! And clean as crap. 2500.00 dollars takes it with an older trailer. Let me know if your intrested. Heck of a deal on a low hour original owner rig

smokeonthewater 06-11-2015 08:34 PM

No motor I assume?

Kracker Jack 06-11-2015 09:20 PM

This boat has motor ready to rock and roll. I dont normally post things up forsale on here at all but this is a great deal for somebody. The boat is still winterized from this winter. I have bought the boat and im just trying to make a couple hundred bucks and there still be plenty of room for someone else to fix and sell and make some money or keep it.

Kracker Jack 06-11-2015 10:09 PM

So. Just researched what these boats are worth!! I had no clue these boats had such resale value. I was gonna sell as is but i might fix it up.

smokeonthewater 06-12-2015 06:02 AM

What motor?
I'm thinking this might be a better route for me and dad to get out fishing than my V.

Kracker Jack 06-12-2015 08:16 AM

Im still negotiating with my buddys dad on price. But this is what i consider a barn find for a trophy.

Striper80 06-12-2015 10:07 AM

The only problem is if it has a curved windshield. If it is they are rather pricey.

Kracker Jack 06-12-2015 12:24 PM

Yes its the curved starboard side!!!! Call lical dealer here in va beach to get a price on it. And its not gonna be cheap!!!

smokeonthewater 06-12-2015 04:05 PM

Well let me know.... I'm pretty sure I wanna take her off your hands if you don't decide not to sell.

smokeonthewater 06-15-2015 05:56 PM

Any news yet? :-)

Kracker Jack 06-15-2015 09:54 PM

I bought the boat.......and had a guy offer me 6500.00 dollars the next day before i could even put a sponge to it. I couldnt turn it down! I end up paying alot more than i thought in the beginning for it though.

smokeonthewater 06-16-2015 05:39 AM

Well allrightey then..... Sux for me but awesome for you!
Congrats man

bradford 06-16-2015 11:45 AM

Sounds like you swung a deal there Kracker. Especially not having to do any work, not even a wash down! All my boat deals I roll the cash into a boat fund to buy the next one, or an engine or something for the ones I want to keep. Basically having my hobby/addiction pay for itself lol! Buy low and sell high, sell the junk, keep the good stuff.

smokeonthewater 06-16-2015 01:25 PM

Soooo mental note don't buy anything from Bradford.... Lol

One's junk is another's treasure, I'm probably the most honest guy on craigslist in my area. I price stuff cheap and have talked more than a few people out of buying stuff because it's really not what they need, but they are tempted because the price is so low. Also if it's a project, I advertise it as such. I can't tell you how many people really think they're gonna get a boat motor and trailer for less than $500 and go out fishing on it this weekend without any problems. I'd rather sell something cheap and move it than have it listed for weeks on end dealing with a lot of stupid questions and low ball offers on an already priced to move item. I'll still wheel and deal on the price, but if an item is $500 used everywhere you look and mine is listed for $250, don't call me up and offer $100 over the phone without having even seen it. Show up when you say you will and bring some foldin' money with you and we'll talk. Don't give me some line about it being Sunday and the bank isn't open, or you have to wait to get your government check on the 15th. People tell me patience is a virtue and I should sit on things longer and wait for the higher price. I feel though that if I have little to nothing in it I'd rather just flip it quickly and deal with a lot less BS. Anyone need a Mercury V6 lower unit? $100. Anyone need a good condition stainless yamaha prop, $50. I've got two. 1983 Wellcraft V20 Center Console? FREE. Heavy duty galvanized tandem trailer to get it home, $750. Are all these things in brand new condition with original packaging; with a warranty? Hell no, but they are cheaper than anything else out there and if you find one cheaper or for free from a complete stranger go get it. I'll agree that you got a hell of a deal.

Here she sits......its still forsale if anybody is intrested. For what i ended up paying for it and time invested $6000.00 is the starting price. These boats go for 9000 to 12,000 resale. I listed it accordingly price wise. The motor ,outdrive and boat have very very very low hours. This will make a nice "new" used boat for somebody. Let me know if your intrested. My buddy was wanting me to finance to him so im moving forward with the sale of this boat.

bradford 06-17-2015 07:38 PM

Tell him you'll take payments as long as it's only one.

If I have perspective buyers come through on a few things I'm trying to unload this weekend, I may be interested. Will let you know.
