Mom Died Today
 

My mother died today. She was 95. Led a good life and raised 6 kids in a loving home. She now joins my father who died several years earlier. I could not have wished for two better, more loving parents. Thank you to everyone that said prayers for her recovery. Sadly, it just wasn't to be. :sad:

My condolences my friend. A life lived for her children is the ultimate in humanity.
God bless and take care of her, right now there is a couple re-united.
Have a good thought of two in the world that gave their all to their children and now will be in the light we can only dream about

Sorry for your loss. 95 years is a good long spell and it sounds like she lived it well. Will say a prayer for her and your family.

Well, We buried mom today. Mass at 10am followed by a trip to the grave site. Kind of a hard day. I was helped through most of it by a wonderful bunch of people that I've never met in person but hope to one day. You guys are like anchors that people who are adrift in misery can attach to and find shelter. Thank you all very much for your well wishes and prayers. I am humbled just to be in your presence. No, ...really.
