tandem axle aluminum trailer $1000

Tandem Torsion axle, aluminum trailer. #3500 axles. Will hold up to a 24 ft boat. This is my "shop trailer" I haven't used it much and I'm getting tired of walking around it. It has no fenders on it or lights. I will put a new set of lights on it if it sells(I don't need them for what I do and they would just get broken off). $1000. Located just outside Charleston, SC

Ferm, I guess you don't want to know about the 24 Albemarle in Morehead with a glassed in transom, ready for a bracket and outboard for $1500, allready on a trailer?

Not right now, I have about a 3 week vette project that has to be done in 2 weeks along with the newborn here at the house taking up to much of time to get anything done. Anybody who thinks parenthood is easy just doesn't have a clue. I knew it would be tough, but this is a bit more than I thought.

don't worry, its well worth it! Get some sleep!

RidgeRunner 09-28-2012 12:45 PM

OK, OK, nobody wants to tell you exactly how much work is involved in raising a youngin. If they told you the truth, and you listened, you would never have one. Truth be told, it can drive you to the brink. Rest assured, he ain't gonna give you more than you can handle AND It gets a lot easier from here. When young Patrick sleeps through the night you will be amazed at how much easier it becomes. Then, when he starts to run and talk, lets just say you will be tested, that is their job..
Better get a jump on the Vette over the weekend. Anything I can do to help?

spareparts 09-28-2012 12:51 PM

BTW, if you time it right, you can get 15 secs of sleep at each red light, 4 red lights will give you a whole minute.

THEFERMANATOR 09-28-2012 06:23 PM

Thanks for the offer ridge, but I just have to buckle down and get to work on it. And I need to quit tempting myself with boats I can't afford right now.

I wish I had not just spent almost a grand on new cross members and tires on mine or I would be all over that trailer. I know the axles are worth every bit of $500 for the pair used and the tires another $75 a piece. Breaking even without the hubs and newer aluminum cross members and frame. Tell me more about this Albemarle up the street from me.
