[QUOTEBlue_Runner Dangit - can't see the pix. Must be blocked here at work.....did the ribs turn out as good as the first time? Today 12:01 P][/QUOTE] Ribs tasted great, but I went a little less time this time, and they were not fall off the bone type like I like. But I did more , and on a rib rack so they were closer together, guess I should have added time instead? Quote:

Yeah, Yeah, you got claws MJ, I hear you.. All we got are tail.
Hot pot, In the south we chop up celery, bay leaves, cabbage, mushrooms, then throw in some blue crab/shrimp/stonecrab claws and whatever else we got, (usually no steamers). I get farm raised cherry stones from Cedar Key on occasion but I usually cook them in a wine sauce, not the same as yours or as good IMO, my aunt in New Bedford cooked some up for me a few years back, unbelievably good. Luckily, Beggers and fat guys aren't that finicky. LOL So who is the skinny guy w/ the lime beverage? |
I always ask people if they are going to die and have one last meal coming, what would it be?? I mean anything in the world!! For me it is a Clam Boil!, I just love the stuff!
Kracker for 30 lobsters here they were about $150 its great they were on sale!! The prices here this year are unreal, Canada has been complaining that the US is making them starve there for money its so cheap. RR the skinny guy is the new macojoe! 160 pounds lighter then a year ago!! |
Looks Great!!

Congratulations, I knew that was you MJ. Here's to your health:beer:
