Re: Bracket with kicker
Zebra, is 13 degrees for all v-20. I have an 86 and was wondering what mine was.

Re: Bracket with kicker
13 deg is what wellcraft says my 84 cuddy is, i'm sure your 86 is also, or close. Wellcraft says find a bracket that close like 11 to 14. tom at wellcraft told me... You could always use shims thats what MJ did with his bracket. Z

Re: Bracket with kicker
Wow that is great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Your right Reel!! I got wood thats just what I need!! |
Re: Bracket with kicker
Hmm it looks just like mine??
I had to use shims on the out side edges of the swim platform. I made wedges out of PT, they are like 1 3/4 Tapered to nothing about 4" long The Wellcraft has a curved transom and mine came from a Seacraft which has a stright transom. As far as the angle of the bracket, it was a perfect fit and there are no shims any were else. If there was no swim platform I would have had a perfect fit with no shims,. 6* is a real flat transom!! But it looks to have a good angle to it?? |
