Secret and even Top Secret files of our National Security information illegally moved from our government to Trumps Florida home and resort.

So first the lying cheating con man traitor Trump says
“ they could have had the files if they asked” LIE - he was asked many times.

Then Trump claims “ he declassified the information.”
LIE ….declassifying requires a formal process that was not done.

Some of the files reportedly empty - who knows if stolen or sold by trump to our adversaries.
Our spies, our friends overseas, locations of our weapons……..incl nukes all in peril because of trump .

Don’t see nearly as many trump flags anymore.

9/19/22 Special Master Judge Raymond Dearie says “ unless Trumps side doesn’t advance any claim of declassification as far as he’s concerned that’s the end of it and he’ll believe the materials were classified”

Of course - because the lying, cheating, con man traitor did not “declassify” the top secret files because it requires a special procedure to do so - a procedure Trump never did.

Now he was caught with boxes of our TOP SECRET information haphazardly strewn around his house —- some files reportedly empty— the data missing .

Someone watches way too much misinformation from main stream media. You are being played.

Actually, he was partially correct. What he said was Quote: "“If you’re the president of the United States, you can declassify just by saying, ‘It’s declassified,’ even by thinking about it.” unquote. Now, I'm not a legal expert, and the part about just thinking about it is kinda sketchy, but it has nothing to do with reality. He's 100% correct that the president, any president, can declassify anything simply by saying that it's declassified. Unlike lower echelon people, they do not have to fill out forms each time they declassify something. A simple verbal command is all it takes. They (a president) are the ultimate authority about what is or isn't classified.

Several people have already testified that when he was president he issued a standing verbal order that anything that was removed from the WH by him, or his staff to give to him, was automatically declassified. That being the case, anything in those boxes (which were packed by WH staffers) were automatically declassified as soon as they left the WH.

This is nothing more than another witch hunt, timed to coincide with the midterm elections to make Trump and the GOP look bad. Just another Democrap trick. We've seen and heard it all before. "Move along folks, nothing to see here".......

Dearie was one of two candidates proposed by Donald Trump as a special master to review documents seized in the FBI search of Mar-a-Lago.
Our Department of Justice then announced that it would accept him.
Dearie has a lifetime of Federal Judicial experience and is widely respected.

Trump has argued:
That the reported 11,000 documents taken from Mar-a-Lago by the FBI pursuant to a search warrant were rightfully in his possession - that he declassified - including about 100 classified as TOP SECRET containing some of our nations most closely guarded intelligence.
So Trumps therefore saying it fine for nearly anyone to have access to our top secret information ! Trumps a lying, traitor.

Interesting that Trumps lawyers have refused to claim declassified in their case.
Reason: seems Trumps lawyers dont want to commit perjury .

So in summary, here’s Trumps absolute nonsense :

1. When running for office Trump said “ he’d ensure the security of our secret and classified information”…..

2. Now he’s caught with thousands of our classified government files - including top secret files
strewn around his Florida resort home- falsely claiming he “ declassified the information just by thinking about it “

So he’s thinking Americans are stupid enough to accept this nonsense and lies ?
Suddenly our TOP SECRET information is free for anyone to see, steal, give to our enemies ?
