Big bass on live bunker
4 Attachment(s)
The plan was to get back to the black sea bass but I gave the beach a try early for stripers on acres of bunker. Got a 23# and 33# on live bunker and broke one off on a jig. In front of the gun range at Sea Girt 25-40 ft of water. Between 845am and 10 am.
By 10 am it got too breezy for me to go anchor a wreck for BSB. Drifted live bait for another hour and called it quits. Going again in the morning 7-9am |
Great!! Finally send them down too me. Take a look at Thursday into Friday Hudson window if it holds up? Will be on a 33 Dawson . By any chance if your their with your buddy's from Barnegat give a shout. Overtime is the name.:time:

Nice job. Seems like every day that I'm free to get out the weather doesn't cooperate. Need to get some Stripers. Hopefully Saturday.
