Big bass on live bunker
 

The plan was to get back to the black sea bass but I gave the beach a try early for stripers on acres of bunker. Got a 23# and 33# on live bunker and broke one off on a jig. In front of the gun range at Sea Girt 25-40 ft of water. Between 845am and 10 am.

By 10 am it got too breezy for me to go anchor a wreck for BSB. Drifted live bait for another hour and called it quits.

Going again in the morning 7-9am

No, that's a Long Island, NY (Lun'Guy'lin) spelling. Add an "h" on the end of that for RI/ Mass.

Where I'm at in NJ still pronounces the "r"s.

Actually it would be menhaden if you want to get critical.
