Hey Lumber, you got ridge vents going in ??
Never figured out the shakes on a plywood roof though. Started seeing that in the early 80's, instead of the 1x3's across the truss's. Figured with the plywood roof on, the shakes wouldnt breath. Either way, Good job. ;D |

there is a product called cedar breather, Ive got three gable end vents Iam not a big fan of ridge vent 3 houses from the ocean ,,, with those north east winds and driving rains,,, the cedar shakes with 1x3 in the situation would have been impossible with trying to keep the place dry during construction .... house is still full of furniture carpets hardwood floors etc
